Every canvas is an offering, small and imperfect, placed before something vast. A novice hand reaches out, uncertain, guided not by mastery but by wonder. The paintings are not pronouncements; they are questions folded into color, left on the threshold like garlands at a temple door.

An inquisitive ember becomes the flame of a lamp set before a murti — brief, wavering, casting as much shadow as light. Yet even in that flicker, something moves.

The colors you see on your screen are – Temporary. Approximations. No matter what – the original painting will look and feel different if you ever see it in person.
Different monitors display colors differently. I chose the images shown here because the colors on my monitor seem to most closely match the color of the painting that I am looking at while I make this site. It probably won’t exactly match what you see.
That said, as of this writing, 100% of people say the paintings are much more intense in person – in a good way.
Further, different days have different light. Light varies across temperatures, latitudes, humidity, smoke levels, and more.
If you are paying attention the painting will change dramatically with these changes.
I think this is interesting. You will find times when the painting is absolutely mesmerizing. Other times it may be merely fantastic.
If you are considering purchasing any painting, by anyone, please be aware of the dynamic nature of light and color.
